On Site Confined Space Entry Training Class
The confined space entry training class is designed to train entrants, attendants, and entry supervisors about OSHA requirements for confined space entry work. Topics typically covered in the class include a review of the OSHA permit-required confined space entry regulations, developing a written program and permit, determining if a space is permit required, identifying and quantifying atmospheric hazards, isolating spaces from hazards, rescue requirements, how to reclassify a permit space to non-permit required, alternate entry procedures, and more.
The confined space training class is conducted on site for a group of people. Each trainee will receive a copy of OSHA's permit-required confined space entry standard (1910.146)and other useful handouts as part of their course materials. The customer's written confined space program (if they have one) and equipment (where available) is worked into the training class. A model wriiten program is provided at no extra charge for customers needing to develop a program. Once trainees sucessfully finish their class, they will be issued certificates of completion to certify they completed the training.
